Gentle Remedies Powerful Results

Flu Bomb


1/4 tsp Grated Garlic or to your taste

1/4 tsp Grated Ginger

1 Drop Eucalyptus or Tea Tree Oil

1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper or Dash to taste

1 Lemon Juiced
1 tsp Raw Honey
1/2 Cup Hot Filtered Water

Directions: Take 3x a day when you feel the flu coming on. Add Exercise, eat lightly and stay hydrated. Grate garlic and ginger and put in a cup, add remaining ingredients to the cup. Heat filtered water and pour over ingredients in the cup, let steep and drink.

Organic Spanish Onion


Directions: Child 2yrs - 1/2 tsp 3x a day / 10 & above - 1 tsp 3x a day. Alternately layer in a large jar chopped onion and raw honey. Cover onion completely. Let set 24 hours. The longer it sets the stronger it will be.

Strain when it becomes liquid. Bottle it and keep it in the refrigerator. It will be good for years.

Ginger Pack


Fresh Grated Ginger (A good size root of Ginger that will cover the inflamed area.)


Grate fresh Ginger. Place in a cloth or paper towel, fold into a flat envelope. Place the package directly on the inflamed joint. As the inflammation is being pulled out the skin will be- come hot, this is soothing for the pain. It is very nice as it pulls the inflammation out of the joint.
