They came to Dallas from West Monroe, LA with a vision to reach the DFW Metroplex. Since being voted in as Pastors of Dallas First Church in 1982, they have faithfully maintained their calling and commitment to this great city and its communities. Beyond just preaching, teaching, singing, and playing the organ, you'll typically find them among the people; talking, listening, and building relationships.
KIM LONG
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO SENIOR PASTOR
A graduate of Texas Bible College, Kim has been a part of the DFC staff for over 30 years where she currently serves as the Executive Pastoral Assistant as well as the Singles Ministry Director along with her husband, Dennis.
ANDREW LUCAS
YOUNG MARRIEDS PASTOR
Andrew, born in Japan to missionary parents, joined the DFC staff in June 2012. He and his wife Cassandra faithfully served as Youth Pastors until July 2021. Andrew now serves as Executive Pastor, and also leads as the Young Marrieds Pastor.
ANTHONY OLIVER
FAMILY PASTOR
Anthony's been part of our team for 10+ years! In addition to being the Married Couples Director alongside his wife, Suzie, he's committed to serving and helping families maintain strong, healthy, biblical relationships.
JULIEN HUNT
YOUTH PASTOR
Julien, a graduate of Vanguard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Psychology, joined our team on July 2, 2021. Alongside his wife, Gracie, whom he married in April 2024. They bring a deep passion for serving the youth of DFC and is committed to helping them grow into the young men and women God has called them to be.
DALTON DISMORE
KIDS PASTOR
Dalton was raised in, served in, and has a heart for DFC. After graduating from Urshan University in Missouri, he returned home to Dallas to serve our children with a genuine passion to see them connect with, and grow in successful genuine relationship with Jesus Christ.
EDDIE PRIETO
DISCIPLESHIP & FINANCE DIRECTOR
With years of experience, Eddie guides our financial security and direction. He and his wife Consuelo have lovingly and selflessly served the DFC family for more than 20 years.
BETHANY EASTER
MUSIC MINISTER
Bethany, raised in Virginia with both Southern and East Coast influences, developed a passion for music and ministry early on. She later attended Bible college in Missouri and graduated from Urshan University in 2013. Upon graduating, she moved to Nashville where she served for a decade as music minister under Kurtis and Carla Burton. As of February of 2026, she has made Dallas, Texas her home and serves as the music minister at Dallas First Church.
